Olivia Huffman was born, raised and educated in Upstate, New York. She grew up in Saratoga and studied philosophy, economics and environmental science at Bard College. After college she traveled the United States, planning on eventually attending graduate school in environmental studies.
She is passionate about issues concerning the availability of clean water, and sustainability programs in the region. Olivia enjoys hiking around the Adirondacks and public parks with her energetic dog. She also writes a blog on the architecture and history of Saratoga Springs with her friend Professor James Kettlewell, who was head of the art history department at Skidmore for 40 years.
Olivia notes she’s “Grateful to live in such a remarkable region with wonderful family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.”
With a background in commercial real estate, Huffman makes sure that clients know the market, and the precise steps to getting what they need. A professional “networker” by nature, she goes above and beyond by recommending any kind of professional assistance you need — from cleaning to carpentry to plumbing, she will help you find the right fit person in addition to all of your real estate needs.
Olivia is also unique in that she helps clients with marketing needs as well.
“From strategic web placement to press releases, my marketing plan for your lease or property is built into the deal. I am consistently searching for ways to stretch my marketing for maximum benefit. I am never too busy to take on a new client or referral. Any way to get new and continued business is gold to me and I will do everything to show appreciation to anyone who shows me new tools that help grow and maintain my real estate business.”
