Gordon Heeps

Gordon has worked in the real estate industry since 2003 specializing in Tenant and Landlord representation in the retail, office and industrial sectors. He has worked with numerous National retail chains including CVS, Rite Aid, Price Chopper, Hannaford, and T-Mobile as well as countless local businesses.

Gordon is also a partner in Heff Development, LLC where he owns and operates multi-family units in New York. 

Outside of his work in real estate, Gordon volunteers his time at Albany Veterans Hospital where he enjoys organizing events for the Veterans.  Gordon has also served on the Board of Directors at the Guilderland YMCA.

Prior to joining the real estate industry, Gordon studied at the American University of Paris in Paris, France as well as at Pace University in New York City graduating with a BA in International Management and Economics.

Alex Kutikov

Alex Kutikov has worked in the commercial real estate brokerage industry since 2003. Since then, he has successfully brokered over 800,000 sq. ft. of real estate, translating into over $100 Million in total volume. He has worked with multiple national chains including CVS, Burger King, Mobil Exxon, AJ Wright, Dollar Tree and Radio Shack to name a few.

Currently, Alex serves on the Board of Directors of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers (CIREB), an Albany, NY based network of commercial real estate brokers.

Alex also has a strong sales oriented background which includes five years of experience with inside and outside sales and marketing ranging from national sales of products like IBM and Best Software, to local outside sales of home improvement products.

Outside of his work at RedMark Realty, Alex an investor in a multiple of real estate projects as well as a co-owner of a 5,000 sq. ft. full service Laundromat in Albany.
